Jorge did a fantastic job! House was relisted with him after previous realtor had it on market for 5 months and as soon as I listed with Jorge we had an offer within less than 18 hours! We had a second offer also within. 24 hrs. He also was very proactive about communicating with the buyers agent even when their agent wasn’t very communicative. His marketing was essential and made a huge difference in the response and offers I received! As a seller who had moved out of state it was imperative that my agent was ready and available to go to the property when I wasn’t able and Jorge did all those things which is not usually in the scope of a realtor’s responsibility.
